Monitor works with national and regional governments around the world on issues of strategic importance, including establishing the vision and strategy for economic development, fostering productive partnerships among government and private constituencies, and building coalitions for growth.

We also address issues related to globalization, competition in emerging economies, and national security. Much of our economic development work focuses on defining clusters in which an economy can develop world-class competitiveness, and then working with a coalition of public and private constituencies to implement the chosen strategy for the cluster.
