The Monitor Exchange is an online community for the firm’s employees and alumni, helping them stay connected to each other and to the firm’s activities.
Registered users can connect with other employees and alumni, find and post events, keep track of what's happening at Monitor (such as internal events, external media coverage and published work), find and post jobs openings, create a detailed profile with their career expertise and personal interests, read and contribute Community Notes about everything from births to office transfers, and read feature articles about notable members of the Monitor community.
Full access to the Exchange is restricted to Monitor employees and alumni, while recruiters can register for limited access to the Jobs page. To login or register to the site, please visit the link at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions on the home page. Alumni, you will need to have the following information on hand when registering:
Required
- The month and year of your first day working for Monitor
- Your first Monitor home office (i.e. Cambridge, Zurich)
Choose One
- Birthday
- A case code you entered on a time sheet while at Monitor
- Your employee number
