Robert Browne
Robert is a Partner with Monitor's Market2Customer (M2C) business unit based in London and is a member of the firm's European management team. Jonathan Calascione
Jonathan is co-head of Monitor’s Market2Customer (M2C) business unit and is based in London. With 20 years of experience at Monitor, he focuses on marketing strategy issues and works with clients in a number of industries including the life sciences and consumer packaged goods sectors. Before joining Monitor, Jonathan was an officer in the British Army and also led the British cross-country ski team through two World Cup seasons. Nitin Chaturvedi
Nitin heads Monitor’s Paris office. Since joining Monitor in 1998, his work has spanned the telecommunications, retail, banking, mining and life sciences sectors. His focus for clients includes developing integrated launch strategies and large transformation programs targeted at revenue growth acceleration and margin improvement. Thomas Croisier
Thomas, a partner in Monitor’s Paris office, joined in 1998. Christine Delivanis
Christine Delivanis joined the Monitor Group in 1999 and is a Partner based in the London office. She has consulted various clients in the tourism, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, financial services, and professional information industries, across North America, Africa, and Europe.
She has specific subject-matter expertise in the following areas: B2B and B2C customer segmentations, customer segment activation plan development, organizational interventions, corporate strategy, post-merger integration, and shared services configuration and has extensive expertise in financial services in the European and Balkan markets. Christine holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Williams College. Prior to Monitor, Christine held research assistant positions at the World Bank and at a development consulting firm in Washington DC.

Vassilis Economides
Vassilis is a Partner with Monitor’s London Office and a leader of Monitor’s Leadership & Organisations practice in Europe. He has worked with numerous clients across different industries, predominantly in Western and Eastern Europe, the US and the Middle East. His projects have largely focused on corporate, BU and functional strategies, operational effectiveness, organizational transformation and cost management.
Prior to joining Monitor, Vassilis was a project manager with a leading operations & IT consulting company in Southeastern Europe, where he led a number of projects focused on reorganisation, process re-engineering and IT system design, mainly in the Financial Services industry.
Vassilis studied Law at the University of London. He also holds a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Cambridge University and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.

Thomas Herp is a Partner of Monitor Group based in Munich. Wayne Nelson
Wayne Nelson is a Partner of the Monitor Group. He joined in 1989 and oversees Monitor's business activities in Germany and Switzerland. He is a member of the firm’s European management team.
