Chris Argyris is a director of Monitor and Professor Emeritus at Harvard Business School. Bruce Chew

Bruce Chew is a partner at Monitor and an authority on technology and operations management. A former Harvard Business School professor, he joined Monitor in 1993. Joe Fuller

Joseph Fuller is a co-founder of Monitor and works with clients in a variety of industries, particularly those with a heavy reliance on technology. He has deep experience in two of the world's most dynamic sectors, life sciences and telecommunications, and has advised leading companies and regulatory bodies in both industries. An extensive contributor to Monitor's intellectual property, his interest in research began during his collaboration with Professor Michael Porter of Harvard Business School on the development of the concepts presented in Porter's book, Competitive Advantage. In recent years, he has worked closely with Professor Michael Jensen on the interaction of the capital markets and companies' decision-making processes with a particular focus on corporate governance. Widely published, his work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, The Washington Post, and Harvard Business Review.

Mark Fuller

Mark Fuller is the chairman of Monitor. He plays an active role in the development and management of a select number of client relationships and has participated in many of Monitor's projects dealing with the enhancement of national or regional competitiveness. Formerly, Fuller served as an assistant professor of business administration at the Harvard Business School. He is the author of Japan's Business Renaissance.

Katherine Fulton

Katherine Fulton is a partner at Monitor and president of the Monitor Institute, the vehicle through which Monitor applies its knowledge, expertise, skill and capital to solving complex social problems. She is the co-author of Looking Out for the Future: An Orientation for Twenty-First Century Philanthropists. Her efforts have won her both a Nieman Fellowship at Harvard University and a Lyndhurst Foundation prize for community service, and her innovative course design at Duke University was featured in Time magazine.

Diana McLain Smith is a partner at Monitor focusing on team and organizational performance.
