The primary role of a Monitor CTL is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.  To do this, CTLs must perform the following activities as a project manager and leader within the firm.

In this stimulating, fast paced and rewarding role you will act as liaison between Monitor Group and prospective candidates, university career development personnel and venue personnel.

Six month contract hire with potential transition to full-time in house. Provide legal counsel with respect to a wide range of commercial transactions. Draft, review and negotiate contracts including nondisclosure agreements, services agreements, subcontractor and advisor arrangements, licensing arrangements, and leases. Research, implement, and advise business clients on company standard contract language and policies, practices and procedures applicable to commercial agreements. Advise business clients on legal issues and risks and intellectual property rights issues. Present training programs on contract drafting and negotiating strategies and compliance topics. Serve company’s commercial leaders primarily in the Middle East, Europe and Asia.

The Knowledge Management Program supports Monitor Group by creating a secure environment in which staff can share emerging and mature ideas with one another.  Members of the team regularly interact with senior consultants, thought leaders, and top management to ensure that Monitor maintains a consistently current profile of our intellectual assets.  Knowledge Management reaches all Monitor Group's member companies, located all over the world.

Monitor Group is looking to hire a Junior Allocator (Staffer) as part of its EMEA Human Assets Team based out of its London office.

This position will provide administrative support coverage in our Cambridge office for assistants of Global Account Managers (GAM), Group Leaders (GL), and Candidates Leaders (CL) of Monitor Company, a Strategic Consulting firm.

Our summer consultant program, which varies in length by geography, is designed to give Interns with advanced degrees an experience that reflects as much as possible the work experience of full time consultants. Summer Interns with advanced degrees work with Monitor case teams on projects that enhance our clients’ long term competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

Through training sessions and informal discussions you will be exposed to a range of business issues and management frameworks. Through active participation, and real responsibility on a live case team, you will develop “hands on” understanding of the day-to-day work of consulting. And through an attractive mix of social events, you will get to know a broad cross-section of your fellow Consultants. In these more relaxed settings, you will have an opportunity to explore any questions you might have about Monitor’s distinctive philosophy, values, and commitment to the learning and development of its people.

Monitor is offering 8-12 week internship programs in Munich and Zurich and 3-6 month internship programs in Paris for Bachelor, Master, MBA and PhD students throughout the year. The internship is designed to provide an opportunity to gain first hand experience in the field of strategy consulting and to get to know Monitor. Upon joining Monitor, Interns will work with Monitor consultants on client cases. Monitor case teams typically consist of 3-5 consultants; they often work on enhancing the clients’ long-term competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
