The primary role of a Monitor CTL is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

Six month contract hire with potential transition to full-time in house. Provide legal counsel with respect to a wide range of commercial transactions. Draft, review and negotiate contracts including nondisclosure agreements, services agreements, subcontractor and advisor arrangements, licensing arrangements, and leases. Research, implement, and advise business clients on company standard contract language and policies, practices and procedures applicable to commercial agreements. Advise business clients on legal issues and risks and intellectual property rights issues. Present training programs on contract drafting and negotiating strategies and compliance topics. Serve company’s commercial leaders primarily in the Middle East, Europe and Asia.

This position will provide administrative support coverage in our Cambridge office for assistants of Global Account Managers (GAM), Group Leaders (GL), and Candidates Leaders (CL) of Monitor Company, a Strategic Consulting firm.

Monitor is offering 8-12 week internship programs in Munich and Zurich and 3-6 month internship programs in Paris for Bachelor, Master, MBA and PhD students throughout the year. The internship is designed to provide an opportunity to gain first hand experience in the field of strategy consulting and to get to know Monitor. Upon joining Monitor, Interns will work with Monitor consultants on client cases. Monitor case teams typically consist of 3-5 consultants; they often work on enhancing the clients’ long-term competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
