Reports to the Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor of a leading strategy consulting firm. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of financial reporting packages for the Board of Directors and Business Unit Leaders, maintaining cash forecasting models, providing support for companywide financial planning, close, & budgeting processes, and performing ad-hoc financial analyses in support senior management.

In this stimulating, fast paced and rewarding role you will act as liaison between Monitor Group and prospective candidates, university career development personnel and venue personnel. As an ambassador for Monitor you will leverage your strong interpersonal and organizational skills, coordinating the interview process for Graduate and Undergraduate students for full time and internship roles.

Qualified person will design and create information graphics for a global strategy consulting firm and their clients. Working closely with the art director, he/she will serve global business clients with the design of both print and web-based solutions. Projects include reports, brochures and books, identity and other marketing collateral, presentations, posters, invitations, and illustrations/graphics to help clients visualize complex data, concepts and frameworks.

Customer Services is looking for an individual that can provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd  level PC technical support to Monitor’s New York office as well as acting as a back up to the rest of Asia, EMEA, and the America’s.

Our summer consultant program, which varies in length by geography, is designed to give Interns with advanced degrees an experience that reflects as much as possible the work experience of full time consultants. Summer Interns with advanced degrees work with Monitor case teams on projects that enhance our clients’ long term competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

Through training sessions and informal discussions you will be exposed to a range of business issues and management frameworks. Through active participation, and real responsibility on a live case team, you will develop “hands on” understanding of the day-to-day work of consulting. And through an attractive mix of social events, you will get to know a broad cross-section of your fellow Consultants. In these more relaxed settings, you will have an opportunity to explore any questions you might have about Monitor’s distinctive philosophy, values, and commitment to the learning and development of its people.

The primary role of an undergraduate consultant is to work closely with experienced consultants conducting research analysis, interpreting results and making recommendations for next steps.

The primary role of a graduate Monitor consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

Monitor is offering 8-12 week internships for Bachelor, Master, MBA and PhD students for its German and Swiss offices throughout the year. The internship is designed to provide the opportunity to gain first hand experience in the field of strategy consulting and to get to know Monitor. Upon joining Monitor, Interns will work with Monitor consultants on client cases. Monitor case teams typically consist of 3-5 consultants; they often work on enhancing the clients’ long-term competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
