Nikhil Prasad Ojha, Managing Partner of Monitor Group in India
He is also a part of the Asia-Pacific Leadership Council. He has consulted extensively across a number of sectors with a focus on strategy development and execution including industry analysis and evolution, market entry strategies, growth strategy, organization development and M&A
His work spans across several industries e.g., automotive, energy, consumer products, life sciences, financial services, etc.
Nikhil has advised a number of Indian conglomerates on issues relating to their corporate and business unit strategy including international expansion; (market selection, entry decision timing, corporate structure, scale and scope of operations, human asset choices, etc.) and domestic growth plans (geographic extension, new product / service strategy, acquisitions, marketing and channel strategies, etc.)
Prior to Monitor, Nikhil worked with Seagram India (1994–1999) where he joined with the first group of managers, helping operationalize Seagram’s India market entry.

Joydeep has over 15 years of consulting experience across a variety of issues including corporate and competitive strategy, business transformation, marketing and sales, innovation and executive education. He has served domestic and MNC companies in consumer goods, telecom, life sciences and private equity and enjoys the challenge of helping clients in implementing strategy.
Joydeep is an MBA from Indian IIM Ahmedabad and has a BA in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.
Joydeep is married with 2 daughters and enjoys travelling, reading and an occasional game of tennis.

Parijat has over 10 years of consulting experience across India, Europe and the Middle East. Rishi Agarwal, Associate Partner, Mumbai
Rishi Agarwal joined the Mumbai office of Monitor Group in October 2006. Rishi has significant experience in the areas of business strategy, performance management, supply chain, and corporate finance. He has worked mostly in business-to-consumer interfaces across the Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Telecom, and Tourism sectors.
Prior to Monitor, Rishi worked for over 5 years with Unilever in various roles. He also had a brief stint with Fujitsu Plc advising them on their Telecom vertical strategy for Europe.
Rishi received his M.B.A., with distinction, from University of Oxford in 2006. He also holds a diploma from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and Bachelors in Science from the University of Delhi.
