The Growth WorkNet is a global community of select senior business leaders who are deeply engaged in driving their organizations' growth agenda. The WorkNet currently comprises approximately 80 Global Fellows (CEO's, Presidents, CMOs, and other Executive Leaders) who represent a mix of B2B and B2C leaders from firms such as Allergan, Apple, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cargill, Clorox, Electronic Arts, Financial Times, Hilton, Intuit, John Deere, P&G, and Virgin Money. We are also supported by academic leaders from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. We meet with the Fellows 2-3 times a year in their local Chapters (San Francisco, Chicago, New York, and London) and once a year as a global community, discussing Fellow-suggested topics on organic growth. Recent topics include Go-to-Market Innovation, Word-of-Mouth, Growing Large Accounts, and New Media Channels.
Monitor helps frame the discussion by identifying an appropriate speaker and facilitating a conversation about the subject and its associated leadership and organizational challenges. Our objectives are to provide Fellows with a unique, intimate forum to think through solutions to their most pressing growth challenges and to give them access to an elite group of peer executives and diverse thought leaders. Ultimately, we hope that participation in the Growth WorkNet enables better informed and more efficient leadership when addressing growth issues.
