The Racial Diversity Network (RDN) works to catalyze the growth of Monitor's racial diversity and to ensure that Monitor provides an environment where all people regardless of race or ethnicity feel comfortable and supported in achieving their full potential. RDN has an agenda which consists of a series of internal and external facing activities that involve consultants in all levels of leadership across the firm. Core RDN activities planned for the current year include: - North American conference focused around networking and working with firm leadership on issues relating to racial diversity
- Mentorship and professional development programs
- Special events focused around awareness building
- Targeted recruiting and sponsorship of national affinity organizations
- Community involvement and service activities
